New course for all masters from age 35 – approximately 4 miles – 4 per team and all 4 to count ost per person: £6 (additional £2 if not affiliated with England Athletics) Lease pay for teams after the end of june and in advance by BACS by contacting;
Including the following information: Club name and number of runners
Teams can be declared on the day
Team Prizes – Refreshments available – Donations appreciated
